Wednesday to Wednesday Itinerary

Tuscany Walking offer a Wednesday to Wednesday itinerary which allows our guests to take even more advantage of low cost flights to Pisa.

An example of our Wednesday to Wednesday itinerary can be seen below:

Wednesday:- Arrival Day.

Thursday:- Local walk Tiglio - Fillecchio - Loppia - Barga - Tiglio

Friday:- Monte Forato, walk up to the hole in the mountain. Some woodland walking with a steady climb to arrive at the arch at the top. Spectacular views.

Saturday:- Free day for guests to relax, explore the traditional market in Barga or travel further afield to Lucca or Florence.

Sunday:- The Lucca Foothills, today we see the traditional landscapes of Tuscany as we are walking in the heart of the Strada del Vino and the Lucchese Villas.

Monday:- Cinque Terre. An earlier start to walk in the Cinque Terre. Walk the Via dell'Amore to Manarola before going on to explore the rest of this stunningly beautiful area.

Tuesday:- A walk to the historic village of Sommocolonia. Walk up to the 'colony on the summit'. The peaceful village with a dramatic wartime story.
