Free days during your holiday will give you the opportunity to explore other areas of Tuscany such as the nearby cities of Lucca, Florence, Pisa or Siena. Or you can spend a more leisurely day people watching from a pavement cafe in Barga or the nearby town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana.
