After our recent Siberian weather, the today is beautiful and we have decided to upload our office view from the window.

There has been fresh snow fall on the mountains in the last few days but the sky is blue and you can feel some heat in the sun.

Check back though, we will be uploading a view from our window regularly so you can see the changing weather over our beautiful mountains.

We have just experienced the worst snow conditions in years here in Italy.

Here in Barga we got off fairly lightly though with a deep snow fall then missing the second fall which was forcast in other areas.

In some parts of the country even church roofs collapsed under the weight of the snow.

The worst for us in Barga though were the biting Siberian winds with an indescribable wind chill, taking temperatures right down to -22 C...... Roll on the spring.
